The khata that runs your whole business.
A customer messages you on WhatsApp or email. SuperKhata turns that into a GST invoice, follows up on the payment, matches it to the right invoice, and keeps your ledger current — no new app for your customers, no extra data entry for you.
"Need 2 box cheese and curd 10kg, deliver Monday"
Everything from "order placed" to "books closed"
Nine things SuperKhata does today, built around how small trading and distribution businesses actually work — not a generic ERP with your logo on it.
Orders from WhatsApp & email
Customers message you the way they already do. SuperKhata reads it, finds the right customer, and checks what they've ordered before — so "the usual 2 boxes" becomes the right product, not a guess.
GST invoicing & Tally-style vouchers
Sales invoices, purchase invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries — through a Voucher Entry screen that feels like the one your bookkeeper already knows, not a new system to relearn.
Payments that match themselves
FIFO and best-fit allocation apply a payment against the right open invoices automatically. When it genuinely can't tell, it asks the customer directly and proposes a match for you to confirm.
AI reads what your suppliers send
Photograph a supplier's purchase invoice on your phone and SuperKhata extracts every line item, amount, and GST rate — instead of someone retyping it into the system by hand.
Offer campaigns your AI can draft
Tell the chat assistant "run a Diwali offer for all my wholesalers" and it drafts the campaign — products, pricing, audience — ready for review. Nothing sends until you hit send yourself.
Real double-entry accounting
Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and a full General Ledger underneath it all — the reports your accountant actually asks for, not a spreadsheet pretending to be one.
Payment reminders at scale
Send reminders to a dozen customers in one click, or set weekdays per customer and let SuperKhata send them automatically. Each one carries real outstanding invoices and a full customer ledger statement.
Proof of delivery, not an evening scramble
Your delivery partner WhatsApps a photo of the signed receipt the moment it happens. SuperKhata reads the invoice number off the photo, checks for a signature, and flags anything that looks disputed.
Works with the ERP you already run
A live, two-way Marg ERP sync today — master data pulled in, sales invoices pushed out automatically. Tally, Zoho, ERPNext, and Odoo are next on the connector roadmap.
Who this is actually for
We'd rather tell you now than after you've set it up.
Built for
- Trading, distribution, or wholesale businesses that place and fulfil orders constantly
- Teams whose customers already order over WhatsApp or email, not a dedicated portal
- Businesses that want GST-compliant invoicing without hiring someone just to run it
- Anyone currently copying WhatsApp orders into a notebook, Excel, or Tally by hand
Not a fit for
- Manufacturers needing multi-level BOM, shop-floor scheduling, or MRP
- Large enterprises with dedicated ERP/IT teams and existing SAP or Oracle rollouts
- Businesses with no repeat customers or recurring invoicing to automate
How it works
Three steps, and the only one that involves you typing anything is confirming what the AI already got right.
They message you
A customer sends an order over WhatsApp or email, same as always. A supplier sends back a purchase invoice as a photo. SuperKhata reads both.
SuperKhata does the paperwork
The order becomes a sale, the sale becomes a GST invoice, the payment that comes in gets matched against it — automatically, or with one click once a match is proposed.
Your books stay current
No end-of-month scramble. Ledger, outstanding balances, and P&L reflect what's actually happened, because every order and payment already ran through the system the moment it occurred.
When a payment doesn't say what it's for, SuperKhata just asks.
A payment comes in that doesn't cleanly match an invoice. SuperKhata emails or WhatsApps the customer, reads whatever they write back — however they phrase it — and proposes exactly which invoice(s) it covers. Nothing posts to your books until someone on your team clicks confirm.

Frequently asked
Does this replace Tally?
Voucher Entry mirrors the workflow you already know — Payment, Receipt, Sale, Purchase, Journal — so the switch feels familiar. What it adds on top is the automation Tally doesn't do: orders captured straight from WhatsApp/email, GST invoices generated from them, and payments matched back automatically.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They keep messaging you on WhatsApp or email exactly like they do today. SuperKhata sits on your side of that conversation — nothing changes for them.
How does SuperKhata understand customer language?
By looking at that customer's own past orders — what they've bought before, how often, and under what name they asked for it. So when they type their usual shorthand, the AI matches it against their own history and figures out what they actually intend to order, instead of guessing from the words alone.
Is it GST compliant?
Sales invoices carry GSTIN and the full GST breakdown. Reports — Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet, General Ledger — follow standard double-entry accounting your CA can work with directly.
What happens when a payment doesn't match an invoice?
SuperKhata emails or WhatsApps the customer asking which invoice it covers, reads their reply, and proposes a match. Nothing gets applied to your books until someone on your team confirms it — the AI proposes, a person decides.
Where does my data live?
In the cloud, under your own tenant — every business's data is isolated from every other's, with no shared database row another customer can ever see. It's encrypted at rest and replicated across availability zones, so a single server going down never means losing your data.
Can my accountant use this directly?
Yes. It's real double-entry bookkeeping underneath — Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and a full General Ledger — not a sales tracker dressed up as one.
